Lost

This was a much better episode than last week!

"Dead is Dead" caught us up on what's going on in the present day island, which I'd been wondering about.  More importantly, it focused one of my favorite characters, and one of the most interesting on the show, Benjamin Linus.  We got a lot of his background filled in, and learned some interesting things about the island itself.

And now, on to the spoilers....

It's been a while, but I'm back online and doing the blogging thing again, so it's high time I got back to the Lost recaps.  Given how many episodes I've skipped (writing about, not watching; I'm still glued to the set every Wednesday night), I don't think I'll be trying to go back and cover them all.  Instead, I'll just take on the most recent one and go from there.  Hopefully, my new resolve will keep me writing through the end of the season, at least.

Another great episode of Lost tonight!  We're still slowly getting some answers, and tonight I think they gave us one of the biggest reveals of the entire series.  They're also playing things smart, a lot smarter than Heroes did at the time I stopped watching.  The writers don't seem to feel the need to advance every single storyline for every single character in each and every episode.  As I've seen, trying to do that is a sure way to keep any of the storylines from going terribly far in a given week, and without any progress, the show stagnates.  Lost isn't doing that. And now, on to the spoilers....

Lost It's going to be a very, very long summer. As expected, Lost did a great job of wrapping up a bunch of questions (although not all of those I wanted to see answered before they ended the season) while dumping a bunch of new ones on us. Some of it was pretty close to what I was expecting, but plenty was from so far out of left field that I'll have more than enough to speculate about for the next few months.
