Tonight I got together with
Dustin and
Jessika over
Xbox Live for a little
Rockband action, and we played the best we ever have. With Jess on vocals, Dustin on bass, and me on lead guitar, we rocked for several hours. We started out just playing songs we knew or have done well with in Medium difficulty, wandering up and down the setlists. At one point, it came to be my turn to choose a song, so I requested we head back to the easier songs and try some in Hard. We definitely need the practice, since we'll be performing in Hard to get the requisite fans to open up the bigger arenas next time we can work on our world tour.

The McLovin Spöönful
Since the first of the year, they've been taking the rock world by storm. They're ongoing world tour has gathered them hundreds of thousands of fans and untold riches. After forming the Robot Overlords last year with the Goth drummer Angelika, punk bassist McLovin brought in angry heavy metal guitarist Ïörëk to form what many said would be a short-lived vanity project: The McLovin Spöönful. Early critics scoffed at the umlauted letters in the band's name, a concession to the lead guitarist's refusal to join any band not metal enough to be umlauted (these same critics later apologized from their hospital rooms).
