Why "dingir.org"?

Back when I originally registered my domain name, I was having trouble coming up with something that wasn't already taken in the .ORG hierarchy. In those days, .ORGs the domain names you could register for free; supposedly they were for non-profit organizations. Friends of mine had already registered imrryr.org (which miraculously still exists) and sephiroth.org. I had piggy-backed off of both domains for a while, where I originally built The Last Exit to Babylon. Having actually taken a course on Akkadian, the language spoken by the Babylonians, I knew that "dingir" was the word for god or diety. Being young and full of myself, that seemed the perfect domain name, especially since god.org was already taken.
